Stop one: the desk.
Pick the coin you have and the coin you want, then Fast or Stealth. The desk shows what lands before you do anything else, with every network fee after your deposit already out.
It also shows the smallest amount for your pair, in coins. Any swap from $50 up to $29,999 works.
Stop two: your wallet and your ticket.
Paste the address where the new coins should land. That's the whole form. No name, no email, no password.
You get a ticket: an Order ID and an order key, shown once. Together they open your order from any device. Save them like a wallet backup.
Stop three: send, and the chain checks.
Your order gets its own deposit address. Send the exact coin, on the exact network, within the hour the price holds.
Then the blockchain checks your payment a few times so it can't be undone. We count it after:
- Bitcoin 2 (about 20 minutes)
- Ethereum 12 (about 2.4 minutes)
- Tron 20 (about a minute)
- Solana 32 (about 13 seconds)
Stop four: the trade, then it lands.
On Fast, the mule trades your coins at the market a few minutes after they count. The amount on the desk follows the market until that moment. Then the coins land at your address by themselves: nothing to press.
On Stealth, the mule waits and delivers on the day you pick, from 24 hours to 30 days out, for 2% to 6%.
Bitcoin into Monero on Fast takes about 40 minutes start to finish. Your order page shows every stop as it happens.

Wrong coin? It comes back. Too little? The mule waits: add the rest, or take it back. Too much? The extra comes back. Too late for the price? Nothing is forced on you.

How it works, answered.
Do I need an account to swap?
No. You paste the address where your coins should land, and you get an Order ID and an order key. That's all.
How long until my coins arrive?
It depends on the two coins. The quickest Fast trips take about 20 minutes, and every pair page shows its own time to the minute. On Stealth, you pick the day.
Who does the trade?
The mule does. On Fast it trades your coins at the market, a few minutes after your deposit counts. You never deal with anyone else.
Do I have to come back to collect my coins?
Not on Fast: they land at your address by themselves. Your order page shows each stop if you want to watch.
What if I lose my order key?
Write to us with your Order ID and the transaction link of your deposit. The transaction is how we know the order is yours.
Can I change the address after I send?
No. Once a deposit arrives, nobody can redirect your coins, not even us. Check the address before you send.
